By accessing and using Évoque.ai ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Évoque.ai is operated by Évoque, registered in Belgium under VAT number BE0817.039.908.
02 User Responsibility
To access certain features, you must maintain an account. You agree to:
Accurate Data
Provide truthful and complete information during registration.
Account Safety
Maintain the security of your password and credentials.
Compliance
Follow all content guidelines and applicable intellectual property laws.
Age Limit
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Évoque services.
03 Payment & Credits
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required for image generation.
- Credits are non-refundable once used for generations
- Unused credits may expire based on your subscription tier
- Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
04 Intellectual Property
Content generated using our Service is subject to our licensing terms. While you retain core rights to your creations, you may not use AI-generated content to train competing AI models. Original assets remain the property of Évoque.ai until full payment is received.
05 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
06 Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kortrijk, Belgium.
