Content Removal Policy

This Content Removal Policy forms part of the Terms of Use and governs how Évoque.ai handles reports and requests for removing content from the platform.

01 User-Initiated Removal

Users may request the deletion of their own images, models, or account at any time. Upon receiving such a request, Évoque.ai will permanently delete the identified content. Deletions will propagate across systems and backups within a commercially reasonable period.

02 Intellectual Property Infringement

Évoque.ai responds to notices alleging infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual property. Requests must include verifiable evidence of ownership. Upon validation, the infringing content will be removed.

03 Non-Consensual or Harmful Content

Évoque.ai does not permit content that is non-consensual, harassing, abusive, or that misuses an individual's likeness. This includes impersonation, targeted harassment, and any attempt to depict an identifiable individual without their permission. Such content will be removed promptly upon detection or report.

04 Illegal or Restricted Content

The platform strictly prohibits content that is illegal, unsafe, or violates applicable laws or processor requirements. This includes, without limitation:

  • Child sexual content or any depiction involving minors in adult contexts;
  • Revenge porn or non-consensual intimate imagery.

05 Misuse of AI-Generated Content

Évoque.ai will remove content generated in violation of its AI usage and safety rules, including attempts to:

  • Recreate minors as adults or vice versa
  • Circumvent platform safety filters
  • Manipulate images of real individuals without appropriate consent

06 Reporting Mechanism

Content removal requests may be submitted through the designated reporting form or contact email. Reports must include sufficient information to identify the content at issue. Évoque.ai may request additional information if necessary.

07 Review Timeline

Évoque.ai aims to review all reports within seventy-two (72) hours. Reports involving safety, minors, or illegal content will receive expedited handling.

08 Appeals

If content has been removed in error, the account holder may submit an appeal. Appeals are reviewed independently from the original assessment.

09 Account Actions

Repeated or serious violations of this policy may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination, at Évoque.ai's sole discretion.

10 Policy Modifications

Évoque.ai may update or amend this Content Removal Policy from time to time. The version published on the platform at the time of review will apply.
